The modern, new kitchen has granite counter tops and upgraded stainless steel appliances, along with everything you need to feel at home; down to a bread maker!
There is a large screened patio overlooking the sparkling pool and peaceful lush garden setting. You have a serene tropical paradise that is fenced and very private. The Master Bedroom has a king size bed and the 2nd Bedroom has a queen bed, and the 3rd is setup as a study, but has a sleeper Futon. The Florida Room overlooking the pool has a queen sleeper sofa; so the home could sleep up to 8 people.
There is a living room with a Smart TV, Dining room, Florida room and separate utility room with full size washer and dryer. Tile floors are throughout the home, with waterproof laminate flooring in the bedrooms for easy care! There is a beautiful new Paver driveway that can accommodate up to 4 cars. Electric, Cable TV, Internet, Garbage Collection, Water, Sewer, Lawn Care, and Pool care are included in rental amount.
You can enjoy great bike rides to the heart of downtown or to the beach. The home is conveniently located within walking distance to Fresh Market and the Blake Library. You can take in some amazing sunrises, as well as magical moon rises within a 10 minute drive to the Beach!
Stuart also has lots of activities such as the Lyric Theater, fishing (Sailfish Capital), Golf, a Green Market every Sunday and free live outdoor riverfront concerts every Sunday (weather permitting). You can also schedule a free 90 minute tour with the Stuart City Tram operator to get an overview of the town, its history and the area attractions.
Stuart was voted the “Happiest Seaside Town in America” in 2016 by Coastal Living Magazine, and the house is located close to the downtown area which was also noted as “50 Most Beautiful Towns in America”!
